Manufacturing and Assembling

For many years IBC has extensive assembling departments. In the last couple of years these departments have been extended by significant manufacturing capacities at different locations.

New investments have been made at the headquarter in Solms - Oberbiel as well as in production facilities in Switzerland and Taiwan. For instance in CNC - controlled Turning and Milling Equipment as well as in CNC - controlled Grinding Machines and  Super Finish Machines.

 Additional investments were an Ultra - Sonic Washing Equipment, Noise Test Equipment, Assembling Machines and Inspection Equipment. As a result out of these steps IBC reached a process ability for the precision classes ISO 2, DIN P2 or ABEC 9 for manufacturing Ball and Roller Bearings.
