Radial Ball Bearings PDF Print E-mail
IBC Radial Ball Bearings are suitable for a wide variety of applications. They are suitable for high-speed applications due to low friction and are insensitive in case of operation and maintenance.

ImageThe ability to carry radial as well as axial loads, they are the most commonly used bearing type. IBC Radial Ball Bearings can be supplied in a large number of sizes and designs, different cross sections covering a wide variety of applications.

IBCRadial Ball Bearings are available as both side open basic design and with seals or shields at one or both sides.

Bearings with shields or seals at both sides can be filled with different kinds and quantities of grease for individual requirements.

Due to their low friction features, the possibility of high precision production and their silent running ability Deep Groove Ball Bearings are often used in small and medium electric motors.

IBC Radial Ball Bearings can be supplied as matched pairs on request. As standard they are mainly produced with phenolic cages (TB) supplied with a defined axial bearing clearance in back-to-back-arrangement (DB). One-side shields or seals are possible. Further variations are available on request.

ImageIBC Radial Ball Bearings could also be produced with various cage and ball materials as well as with ATCoat surface coated rings.

Thin section bearings of series 618.. and 619.. with small cross section are often used for designs that are extremely light and require little space.

Apart from to the above mentioned standard bearings, IBC produces further Deep Groove Ball Bearings in high precision quality.
For further information about precision classes, cage and ball materials please refer to chapter “Precision Deep Groove Ball Bearings”.
