IBC corrosion resistant bearings carry the prefix S (example: S 6000) and show corrosion resistance against air humidity.

They have similar running characteristics as bearings out of bearing steel, however their carrying capacity is lightly reduced. Corrosion resistant steel bearings are available open or with seals on both sides.

Depending on humidity concentration in air or even salinity concentration, ATCoat is recommendable.
